Chef Dwayne Edwards is a culinary expert with over three decades of experience in the industry.
He is also known as The InkBird, an homage to his Grandfathers's surname combined with his love for tattoo art. Chef Edwards' passion for the culinary arts is evident in his remarkable journey, which has seen him work in some of the finest hotels and restaurants worldwide. He co-owned two highly acclaimed restaurants in Portland, OR, which ultimately propelled him to become the Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. In 2013, Chef Edwards' innovative approach to his signature coastal cuisine earned him recognition from The James Beard Foundation.
Chef Edwards' expertise and experience are a testament to the value of pursuing one's passion in the culinary industry. Recently, he launched The Conrad, a premier luxury hotel in mid-town Nashville. In addition to his impressive hotel and restaurant career, Chef Edwards is a renowned private chef and consultant who has cooked for numerous notable public figures, including presidents, media moguls, titans of industry, foreign dignitaries, athletes, and movie stars. Despite his high-profile clientele, he treats everyone with the same exceptional culinary expertise, including his own loving family members.
